Absolutely. All my premades are 5x8 inches and can be turned into paperbacks always.

The added spine and back cover is usually 80-100 USD.

I do. I send an invoice through Paypal that allows (max) 7 installments. Payments should be done weekly. If you purchase, for instance, a cover for 210 USD, then each installment will be (minimum) 30 USD. Once the last installment is paid, I'll send you the files the same day through a dropbox link.

If there is a cover that you want to pay using this plan, contact me about it and send me the link to the cover so I know which one it is.

It is possible to get multiple premades using the payment plan. The process is the same for all of them. Each cover gets its own invoice. Let's say you get a 210 USD cover (30 USD installments) and a 98 USD cover (14 USD installments), then the weekly cost will be 44 USD (30 + 14).

You can purchase premade covers with Paypal and debit and credit cards, such as VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, etc.
